1. Background

Sino-Australia-Singapore Interdisciplinary Academic Forum on Wearable & Wireless Intelligent Health Sensing and Computing in Special Environments will be held in Chang’an Campus of Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, on November 24, 2018. 13 top field intellectuals coming from Australia, Singapore and China have accepted our invitations to give invited speech, including wearable sensor, wireless sensing, gesture recognition, sensor data analysis, machine learning enhanced by quantum computing, and novel human-computer interaction. We are confident that this Forum will strengthen the interdisciplinary research collaboration across institutions from China, Australia, and Singapore. We are soliciting your contributions and participations.
